Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our organisation. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience, and a working understanding of the Companies
Act, 2013; SEBI (LODR) Regulations; and RBI FDI Compliances.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Company Law Compliance:
Ensure periodic compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, including filing of forms, maintenance of statutory registers, and regulatory reporting.
2. Secretarial Audits & Assurance:
Assist in conducting Secretarial Audits, Due Diligence, and Compliance Reviews for the organisation. 
corporate clients. 
3. Transaction & Regulatory Support:
Support in Mergers & Amalgamations, XBRL Filings, and preparation of Compounding & Adjudication Applications. 

4. FEMA & RBI Compliances: 

Assist in regulatory matters related to Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), NBFC Regulations, and FEMA Compliance. 
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing compliance-related documents.
Ability to work on multiple assignments with attention to detail.
Good communication and analytical skills.
