We are pleased to inform you that we are human resource management consultants, specialised ourselves in hiring professionals in finance, account, tax, secretarial, legal and compliance fields. We provide wide range of services for hiring, retaining, learning and development of human resources which required by each and every organization. 

We are pleased to offer our services on the following terms and conditions: -

1) Our service charge is 8.33% of the Annual Gross Emoluments of the Candidate selected by you plus 
applicable taxes. Payment shall be made within 15 (fifteen) days from the joining of the candidate to 
your organization.

2) We do not charge any fees to the candidates.

3) Once candidates are recommended and joined for any positions, irrespective of appointment/offer 
dates/number of tests/interviews for any future dates/work place in parent/sister concerns then Krafte 
HR Services LLP shall raise the invoice.

4) We will provide you only one free replacement if the candidate leaves the job on his own within 3 
(three) months, after the Date of Joining. However, candidates sacked/forced to resign are not 
replaced. Your company is required to inform to Krafte HR Services LLP in writing within 7 (seven) 
days of the candidate’s resignation appointed through us and his replacement required by your 
company.  

5) However, once candidate(s) /consultant(s) joins your esteemed organization, Krafte HR Services LLP 
and its associates are not responsible for the candidate(s)/consultant(s) promotions/developments/ 
progress/achievements/accidents/deaths/any untoward incidents as once candidates/consultants join 
your organization they are bound by your company’s rules and regulations as employees/consultant 
of your company. 

6) Any dispute/conflict has to be settled by one representative of Krafte HR Services LLP and one representative from client/your Company. However, Managing Director/ Managing Partner’s decision is to be agreed by all concerned parties.

7)  Refund of fees received by Krafte HR Services LLP and/or reimbursement of expenses met by you and/or by your associates/legal expenses/expenses of any kind is/are not possible in any circumstances. Only Mumbai shall be the place of jurisdiction in all cases. 

8) The services charges plus all applicable taxes/ expenses shall be paid within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the billing date, failing which a penal interest of 2% p.m. shall be payable by your company on a compounded basis from the billing date until the actual date of payment. 

9) The liability of Krafte HR Services, its officers, employees, partners, agents, as Service Provider in all cases shall be limited to the extent of the service charges in this Offer Letter, as may be amended or revised.
